This species is an enigma in Warwickshire. There are a number of records from the first two decades of the 20th century by the Rugby School Natural History Society and Lucas British Dragonflies (1900) mentions Stratford-upon-Avon. There is only one possible record since from Ufton Fields in 1977 and nothing more.
